It is common to have stress if you are a responsible person. a little amount of stress can help you get done your stuff, but a high level of stress can have a bad impact on your physical and mental health.

As stress can be harmful some times both mentally and physically, it is important to find out ways to get relief from your stress, people find different ways to relax, it depends on persons likes and body and mental nature or behaviour. it also depends on the person’s hobby.

3. Play games

Play games that you like most, you can play either outdoor or indoor games to make yourself more active to overcome stress, if you don’t have any companion to play games you can also play online games but make sure you don’t get more addicted towards online games in a body that it affects your schedule.

4. Have a massage

Body massage relaxes you from all stress and strain, have a massage to keep yourself rejuvenated. if you had a tedious day coz of too much work pressure the best thing to relax your body and get rid of body ache is to get a massage. sometimes you can also have a quick head massage and foot massage for headache.

5. Get proper sleep

stress also interrupts our sleep as thoughts keep whirling through our heads, make sure your bedroom has no reminders of any bad situation of the incident that may affect you to loss of sleep. have the practice of relaxing your mind before going to sleep. try to go bed daily at the same time, do not rely on medicines for sleep, try to make yourself believe you can get enough sleep without any medicines.

6. Talk to someone

Talk to someone about how you feel, someone you can trust on if you are willing to share personal information, this can be really helpful because talking can work by either distracting you from your stressful thoughts or releasing some of the built-up tension by discussing it.

7. Do not Overthink

Life has ups and downs, be strong, be positive and believe in yourself that you can fight back any problem and win against all odds. Stress can be triggered by a problem that may on the surface seem impossible to solve. Learning how to find solutions to your problems will help you feel more in control thereby lowering your level of stress.

8. Seek a Consultant

If you feel like nothing is working fine for you seek medical help from any psychiatrist or talk to any consultant, the mental issue is not a disease, seeking consultation for our mental health is not a wrong thing, break taboo and meet a doctor.
