It sounds straight forward question and assumed to answer it a simple way but it is the trickiest question almost every interviewer asks.

However simple this question seem to be but answering it is really more tricky than answering any other question

• Highlight that you meet all requirements they are looking for in an employee, and share past work experience.
• Past work challenges, explain how you tackled the problem and gave the best possible solution
• Prepare yourself with most frequently questions a day before you go interview
• Your answer clears an edge for your employer to take the decision on hiring you, therefore, answer confidently

“You should hire me because I meet all the requirements that you looking in an employee and have an excellent academic background along with the skills  I’m pretty confident that I am the best candidate for this job role. It’s not just my background in the past projects, but also my people skills, which will be applicable in this position. I am a self-motivated person and I try to exceed my superior’s expectations with high-quality work. Being a fast learner, I quickly pick up business knowledge related to my project. Lastly, I would like to add that I work well both as an individual contributor and also as a team member.”
